Brent M. Estes


Mr. Estes began his legal practice in 1998 in Florence, Alabama. During his early years of practice, his practice focused on the defense of individuals and business in civil actions involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and contract disputes.

In 2001, Mr. Estes returned to his home in metro-Atlanta where he has been continuously practicing.  He regularly litigates in Georgia state and federal courts handling jury and non-jury trials and appeals. His practice focuses on defending motor carriers in serious motor vehicle accident litigation, defending businesses in premises liability actions involving falling objects, slip/trip and falls, and negligent security, and litigating insurance coverage disputes.
