Donna C. Merrell

Associate

Donna Merrell received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Merrell served as the Associate Justice for the Moot Court Bar and was inducted into the Order of Barristers.  She competed on the National Moot Court Competition Team and was a finalist in the Kate Bockman Finals at The South Carolina Court of Appeals.  She was a member of the Dean's List and earned CALI Awards in Trial Advocacy and Interviewing, Counseling & Negotiation.  

Ms. Merrell prosecuted misdemeanors for two years as an Assistant Solicitor-General in Cherokee County, Georgia.  She is a member of the Georgia State Bar and the Florida State Bar.  Ms. Merrell has also taught as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science for Kennesaw State University and Reinhardt University.
