Frank M. Gaither, Jr.


Frank M. Gaither, Jr., an Atlanta, Georgia native, graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies and earned his law degree from Boston College Law School.  During law school, Frank worked as an extern for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office where he successfully presented an appellate argument before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals on behalf of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.  He later placed second in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition held at Vermont Law School. 

Frank joined Dennis, Corry, Smith & Dixon, LLP in November of 2021.  His practice area will focus on transportation litigation, complex civil litigation, and premises liability.  Prior to joining Dennis, Corry, Smith & Dixon, LLP, Frank practiced insurance defense for two major insurance carriers, worked as an Assistant County Attorney for the Fulton County Attorney’s Office, served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, and an Assistant Attorney General for the State Law Department of Georgia.

Frank M. Gaither, Jr. is married to Dealia M. Bryant-Gaither, a registered nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.  They have two minor children Mekhi and Milani.  Frank is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and in his spare time he enjoys sports, working out, and spending time with his family.
