William B. Pate focuses his practice on civil litigation specializing in premises liability and transportation. William graduated from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, where he was a Member of the Trial Advocacy Board and a Caruthers Fellow. William served as Judicial Intern during law school to the Honorable Judge Madeline Haikala of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and clerk for a Plaintiff firm focusing on product liability.
