Beth R. Holck was born and raised in Iowa and attended Bethel College in N. Newton, Kansas where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Social Sciences in 1990. Ms. Holck received her Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno, California in 1996.
Prior to joining Dennis, Corry, Porter & Smith, Ms. Holck practiced in the Product Liability Department at Kaye Scholer and defended Fortune 100 and 200 pharmaceutical corporations in three consecutive mass tort litigations. Ms. Holck is a member of the Georgia State Bar, as well as the California State Bar. She has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
Over the years, Ms. Holck has volunteered with several community organizations such as the Victim Offender Reconciliation Program (VORP), which focuses on mediating offenses between juvenile offenders and their victims. Ms. Holck has also worked with crisis organizations that provide emergency counseling to crime victims. Ms. Holck is a member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL).
