 Barbara was born in Islip, NY and received her J.D from Georgia State University in 2001 and undergraduate degree from the City University of New York in 1992. She was admitted to the bar in Georgia in 2001. While attending Georgia State University, Ms. Mulholland won a place as a member of Moot Court and was the recipient of Phi Delta Phi Award for Professional Responsibility Honors; CALI Excellent Achievement Award; Top Five "Best Oral Argument," Moot Court Competition; Top Five "Best Oral Advocate," Moot Court Candidate Competition; and the Best Candidate, Class of 2001, Brief Competition. In 2006, Ms. Mulholland was named a 2006 "Rising Star" in Atlanta Magazine's special edition of Super Lawyers.
Ms. Mulholland's practice includes coverage, general civil litigation matters in the areas of products, premise, and personal injury liability, workers compensation and contract disputes. She frequently provides educational seminars to businesses, employers, adjusters and insurers on issues of liability, risk management, claims handling and workers' compensation. |
