Daniel is a civil trial lawyer with experience in general civil litigation, premises liability, construction litigation, automobile and motor carrier liability, insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, toxic tort litigation and contract disputes.  Daniel has significant trial experience in both state and federal court.

Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. He received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 2003 and his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 2000. While in school, Daniel received numerous honors in Trial Advocacy and was a Regional Finalist in the A.T.L.A. and other National Mock Trial Competitions, winning the Round Best Advocate Award. Daniel was born and raised in Atlanta, graduating from Dunwoody High School in DeKalb County.
