 David M. Van Sant was born in Nashville, Tennessee on August 25, 1976. He was admitted to the Bar in 2003. He graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2000 (BBA). He received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Georgia State University
Mr. Van Sant is admitted to practice before the state courts of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the District Courts of Georgia (Northern and Middle District). He is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Van Sant primarily practices in the areas of cargo claims, insurance coverage, motor carrier liability and commercial litigation. |
