D. Dixon was born in Atlanta,
Georgia on October 30, 1970.
He graduated magna cum laude
with a Bachelor of Science
degree from Kennesaw State
College in 1993. In 1996,
he received his Juris Doctor
magna cum laude from Stetson
University College of Law
where he was a member of the
Stetson Law Review. He is
a member of the National Conference
of Freight Counsel, Georgia
Defense Lawyers Association
and the State Bar of Georgia.
