Jan M. Seanor was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Spring Hill College in 2003, and attended law school at Louisiana State University on a full merit award. While in law school, Jan received national recognition from the Center for Computer Assisted legal Instruction (CALI), and published A Fair Look at Fair Housing in Cyberspace.
After receiving her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law Degree in 2006, Jan served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Ernest D. Blount at Henry County State Court. During her clerkship, Ms. Seanor had five opinions affirmed by the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Jan is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, as well as the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
