Kevin P. Branch was born in Waynesboro, Virginia on January 19, 1973. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University. He received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University. Mr. Branch was admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 1999 and Georgia in 2001 and is an active member of both the North Carolina State Bar and the State Bar of Georgia.

He is also a member of the Loss Prevention Conference Southern Motor Carriers (Vice President); Conference of Freight Counsel; Transportation Lawyers Association; Trucking Industry Defense Association; Georgia Defense Lawyers Association; Defense Research Institute.
